Half of our back office team is made up of women.At Global International Relocation we are a young team with an average age of 38 years, highly qualified, motivated and committed to the success of the company, with specialized management in all areas of business.
Our management team includes 16 different nationalities and all with experience outside Portugal and inside Portugal. This is an important factor in selection processes because the vision of other cultures and other practices is a clear asset to the business and to the provision of excellent services to the client.
All our employees go through a careful selection process. In their training, all are submitted to a demanding training, by trainers and coordinators with the highest international certifications, and with the objective of acquiring our mission and values, as well as learning all the processes, methods, and best practices that guarantee the provision of a service of excellence.
Ongoing training, provided both internally and at world-renowned institutions, is one of our bets on continuously overcoming our goals of excellence.
